And having closed the book, having given it back to the attendant, he sat down. And the eyes of all in the synagogue were focused on him.

And the book of the prophet Isaiah was given to him. And having opened the book, he found the place where it was written,

And at early morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came to him. And having sat down, he taught them.

And he began to say to them, Today this scripture has been fulfilled in your ears.
