And if a man eats of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fifth part of it to it, and shall give the holy thing to the priest.

If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it, he shall pay five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep.

In the place where they kill the burnt-offering they shall kill the trespass-offering, and the blood of it he shall sprinkle upon the altar round about.

But if the man has no kinsman to whom restitution may be made for the guilt, the restitution for guilt which is made to LORD shall be the priest's, besides the ram of the atonement, by which atonement shall be made for him.

And they said, If ye send away the ark of the God of Israel, do not send it empty, but by all means return for him a trespass-offering. Then ye shall be healed, and it shall be known to you why his hand is not removed from you.

Thus he shall do with the bullock, as he did with the bullock of the sin-offering, so he shall do with this. And the priest shall make atonement for them, and they shall be forgiven.
