Either a bullock or a lamb that has anything superfluous or lacking in his parts, that thou may offer for a freewill-offering, but it shall not be accepted for a vow.
For whatever man he is who has a blemish, he shall not approach: [not] a blind man, or a lame [man], or he who has a flat nose, or anything superfluous,
The sons of Israel brought a freewill-offering to LORD, every man and woman, whose heart made them willing to bring for all the work, which LORD had commanded to be made by Moses.
Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a skin tumor, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these to LORD, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar to LORD.
And when ye offer the blind for sacrifice, [ye say,] It is no evil! and when ye offer the lame and sick, It is no evil! Present it now to thy governor. Will he be pleased with thee, or will he accept thy person? says LORD of hosts.
