For we know that if the earthly house of our tent were destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made by hands, eternal in the heavens.

[Being] dead, they shall not live. [Being] deceased, they shall not rise. Therefore thou have visited and destroyed them, and made all remembrance of them to perish.

The memory of a righteous man is blessed, but the name of the wicked shall rot.

Let them be before LORD continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth,

But thou, O LORD, will abide forever, and thy memorial to all generations.

(The face of LORD is against those who do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.)

His remembrance shall perish from the earth, and he shall have no name in the street.

How much more those who dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, who are crushed before the moth!

And LORD said to Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.

And LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul.

Shall not his majesty make you afraid, and his dread fall upon you?

Be quiet. Let me alone that I may speak, and let come on me what will.
