Therefore the strength of Pharaoh shall be your shame, and the refuge in the shadow of Egypt your confusion.

It shall also be carried to Assyria for a present to king Jareb. Ephraim shall receive shame, and Israel shall be ashamed of his own counsel.

Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint.
