Genesis 1:17

And God set them in the firmament of heaven to give light upon the earth,

When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou have ordained,

O LORD, our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth, who has set thy glory upon the heavens!

Have thou commanded the morning since thy days [began], [and] caused the dayspring to know its place

For so the Lord has commanded us: I have placed thee for a light of Gentiles, for thee to be for salvation as far as the extremity of the earth.

I set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a sign of a covenant between me and the earth.

Thus says LORD: If ye can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, so that there shall not be day and night in their season,

Thus says LORD: If my covenant of day and night [stand] not, if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth,
