And he took and put the testimony into the ark, and set the staves on the ark, and put the mercy-seat above upon the ark.

As LORD commanded Moses, so Aaron laid it up before the Testimony, to be kept.

And he is the atonement for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world.

And he spread the tent over the tabernacle, and put the covering of the tent above upon it, as LORD commanded Moses.

And David assembled all Israel at Jerusalem to bring up the ark of LORD to its place, which he had prepared for it.
