Then Nebuchadnezzar was full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. [Therefore] he spoke, and commanded that they should heat the furnace seven times more than it was accustomed to

Then Nebuchadnezzar in [his] rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Then they brought these men before the king.

then I also will walk contrary to you, and I will smite you, even I, seven times for your sins.

The proud and haughty man, scoffer is his name. He works in the arrogance of pride.

then I will walk contrary to you in wrath, and I also will chastise you seven times for your sins.

And when they heard this, they were as being split with a saw, and wanted to annihilate them.

Now when they heard these things, they were split with a saw in their hearts, and they gnashed their teeth against him.

And the king commanded, and they brought those men who had accused Daniel, and they cast them into the den of lions, them, their sons, and their wives. And the lions had the mastery of them, and broke all their bones in pieces, bef

And I will put it into the hand of those who afflict thee, who have said to thy soul, Bow down, that we may go over, and thou have laid thy back as the ground, and as the street, to those who go over.

The wrath of a king is messengers of death, but a wise man will pacify it.

And the king arose in his wrath from the banquet of wine [and went] into the palace garden. And Haman stood up to make request for his life to Esther the queen, for he saw that there was evil determined against him by the king.

And Jacob beheld the countenance of Laban, and, behold, it was not toward him as beforetime.

For this reason the king was angry and very furious, and commanded to destroy all the wise men of Babylon.

And he commanded certain mighty men who were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, [and] to cast them into the burning fiery furnace.

And when Haman saw that Mordecai did not bow down, nor did him reverence, then Haman was full of wrath.
