And the following night the Lord, having stood by him, said, Cheer up, Paul, for as thou have testified these things about me at Jerusalem, so thou must testify also at Rome.

And a vision appeared to Paul during the night. A certain Macedonian man was standing, imploring him, and saying, After crossing over into Macedonia, help us.

But having suffered before and been mistreated in Philippi, as ye know, we were bold in our God to speak to you the good-news of God within much conflict.

But as for me, I am full of power by the Spirit of LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare to Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.

Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak to them all that I command thee. Be not dismayed at them, lest I dismay thee before them.

Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and preach to it the preaching that I bid thee.

Cry aloud, spare not. Lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and declare to my people their transgression, and to the house of Jacob their sins.

And I saw him saying to me, Hurry and depart in haste out of Jerusalem, because they will not accept thy testimony about me.

Now there was a certain disciple in Damascus, named Ananias, and the Lord said to him in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold me, Lord.

because I am with thee, and no man will lay upon thee to harm thee, because many people are for me in this city.

Am I not an apostle? Am I not free? Have I not seen Jesus Christ our Lord? Are ye not my work in Lord?

Thou drew near in the day that I called upon thee. Thou said, Fear not.
