Yet have thou respect to the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplication, O LORD my God, to hearken to the cry and to the prayer which thy servant prays before thee this day,

And he also spoke a parable to them about it being necessary to always pray, and not to give up,

Let my prayer be set forth as incense before thee, the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.

Be merciful to me, O LORD, for to thee do I cry all the day long.

Give ear to my words, O LORD, Consider my meditation.

Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness. Thou have enlarged me in distress. Have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.

Be anxious about nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thankfulness make your requests known to God.

Let thine ear now be attentive, and thine eyes open, that thou may hearken to the prayer of thy servant, which I pray before thee at this time, day and night, for the sons of Israel thy servants while I confess the sins of the sons

Hearken to the voice of my cry, my King, and my God, for to thee do I pray.
