Your wives, your little ones and your cattle will remain in the land which Moses gave you beyond the Jordan, but you will cross over before your brothers armed, all the mighty men of valor, and will help them


Then they answered Joshua saying: “All that you have commanded us, we will do, and wherever you send us we will go.


Then Joshua summoned the Reubenites, Gadites and half-tribe of Manasseh,
