And I shall forsake the remnant of My inheritance and give them into the hand of their enemies. And they shall be for a prey and for a plunder to all their enemies,


Lamed Why do You stand afar off, O יהוה, hiding in times of distress?


Know that יהוה, He is Elohim; He has made us, and we are His – His people and the sheep of His pasture.


Smoke went up from His nostrils, And consuming fire from His mouth; Coals were kindled by it.


Why are you depressed, O my being? And why are you restless within me? Wait for Elohim: for I shall yet thank Him, the deliverance of my face, And my Elohim.


I say to Ěl my Rock, “Why have You forgotten me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?”


Yet You have rejected us and put us to shame, And You do not go with our armies.


Ěl Elohim יהוה shall speak, And He shall call the earth From the rising of the sun to its going down.


O Elohim, You have rejected us; You have broken us; You have been displeased; Turn back to us!


Have not You, O Elohim, rejected us? And You do not go out, O Elohim, With our armies!


Would יהוה reject forever, And never again be pleased?


Has His loving-commitment ceased forever, Has the promise failed for all generations?


My people, give ear to my Torah, Incline your ears to the words of my mouth.


And we, Your people and the sheep of Your pasture, We give thanks to You forever; From generation to generation we show forth Your praise.


How long, O יהוה, Would You be enraged forever? Would Your jealousy burn like fire?


You have caused them to eat the bread of tears, And have caused them to drink With tears, a third time.


Would You not revive us again, For Your people to rejoice in You?


For He is our Elohim, And we are the people of His pasture, And the sheep of His hand. Today, if you would hear His voice:


But Mosheh pleaded with יהוה his Elohim, and said, “יהוה, why does Your wrath burn against Your people whom You have brought out of the land of Mitsrayim with great power and with a strong hand?


And now, O יהוה, You are our Father. We are the clay, and You our potter. And we are all the work of Your hand.


“Woe to the shepherds destroying and scattering the sheep of My pasture!” declares יהוה.


Thus said יהוה, “If the heavens above could be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I would also cast off all the seed of Yisra’ĕl for all that they have done,” declares יהוה.


For have You completely rejected us? You have been wroth with us, exceedingly!


“And you, My flock, the flock of My pasture, are men, and I am your Elohim,” declares the Master יהוה.’ ”


“As I live,” declares the Master יהוה, “because My flock became a prey, and My flock became food for every beast of the field, from not having a shepherd, and My shepherds did not search for My flock, but the shepherds fed themselves and did not feed My flock,”


“Do not fear, little flock, because your Father did delight to give you the reign.


“יהוה would not forgive him, but rather, the displeasure of יהוה and His jealousy shall burn against that man, and every curse that is written in this book shall settle on him, and יהוה shall blot out his name from under the heavens.
