please let Your ear be attentive and Your eyes open, to hear the prayer of Your servant which I am praying before You now, day and night, for the children of Yisra’ĕl Your servants, and confess the sins of the children of Yisra’ĕl which we have sinned against You. I cry out to יהוה with my voice; I pray to יהוה with my voice.


“Listen to my cry, For I am brought very low; Deliver me from my persecutors, For they are too strong for me.


Hear my prayer, O יהוה, Give ear to my pleadings In Your trustworthiness. Answer me in Your righteousness.


יהוה is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth.


יהוה rewarded me according to my righteousness; According to the cleanness of my hands He repaid me.


As soon as they hear of me they obey me; The foreigners submit to me.


Rule me rightly, O Elohim, And plead my cause against a nation without loving-commitment. Oh, deliver me from a man of deceit and unrighteousness!


Attend to the voice of my cry, My Sovereign and my Elohim, For unto You I pray.


See, Elohim is my helper; יהוה is with those who sustain my life.


He has redeemed my life in peace From the battle against me, For there were many against me.


Hear my cry, O Elohim, Listen to my prayer.


From the end of the earth I call unto You, When my heart is faint; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.


Truly, Elohim has heard me; He has given heed to the voice of my prayer.


יהוה judges the peoples; Judge me, O יהוה, according to my righteousness, And according to my integrity within me.


O Elohim, see our shield, And look upon the face of Your anointed.


Incline Your ear, O יהוה, Answer me, for I am poor and needy.


Give ear, O יהוה, to my prayer; And listen to the voice of my pleadings.


For my being is filled with evils, And my life draws near to She’ol.


And יהוה says, “Because this people has drawn near with its mouth, and with its lips they have esteemed Me, and it has kept its heart far from Me, and their fear of Me has become a command of men that is taught!


“And yet for all this her treacherous sister Yehuḏah has not turned to Me with all her heart, but falsely,” declares יהוה.


‘This people draw near to Me with their mouth, and respect Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me.


יהושע saw Nethan’ĕl coming toward Him, and said of him, “See, truly a Yisra’ĕli, in whom is no deceit!”


Beloved ones, if our heart does not condemn us, we have boldness toward Elohim.
