So I set men behind the lower parts of the wall, at the openings – I set the people according to their clans, with their swords, their spears, and their bows.


Lamed The wrongdoer is borrowing and does not repay, But the righteous one shows favour and gives.


The good obtains favour from יהוה, But the man of wicked devices He declares wrong.


A man lacking heart shakes hands in a pledge, He becomes a guarantor for his friend.


Also, he who is slack in his work Is a brother of a master destroyer.


So walk in the way of goodness, And guard the paths of righteousness.


Prepare your outside work, And make it fit for yourself in the field; Then you shall build your house.


And see, a man named Yosĕph, a council member, a good and righteous man –


Rather, love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting none in return. And your reward shall be great, and you shall be sons of the Most High. Because He is kind to the thankless and wicked ones.


And when they were filled, He said to His taught ones, “Gather the broken pieces that are left over, so that none gets wasted.”


Because he was a good man, and filled with the Set-apart Spirit and with belief. And large numbers were added to the Master.


not idle in duty, ardent in spirit, serving the Master;


For one shall hardly die for a righteous one, though possibly for a good one someone would even have the courage to die.


See then that you walk exactly, not as unwise, but as wise,


And this I pray, that your love might extend more and more in knowledge and all discernment,


Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time.
