and he shall bring the bull to the door of the Tent of Appointment before יהוה, and shall lay his hand on the bull’s head, and slay the bull before יהוה.


‘And if he is unable to bring a lamb, then he shall bring to יהוה, he who has sinned, two turtledoves or two young pigeons, one for a sin offering and the other for an ascending offering.


And he brought the bull for the sin offering, and Aharon and his sons laid their hands on the head of the bull for the sin offering,


and it was slain. And Mosheh took the blood, and put some on the horns of the slaughter-place all around with his finger, and cleansed the slaughter-place. And he poured the blood at the base of the slaughter-place, and set it apart, to make atonement for it.


And he brought the ram of the ascending offering, and Aharon and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram,


“יהוה has commanded to do, as he has done this day, to make atonement for you.


And Mosheh said to Aharon, “Go to the slaughter-place, and prepare your sin offering and your ascending offering, and make atonement for yourself and for the people. And make the offering of the people, and make atonement for them, as יהוה has commanded.”


and he shall bring his offering to יהוה: one male lamb a year old, a perfect one, as an ascending offering, and one ewe lamb a year old, a perfect one, as a sin offering, and one ram, a perfect one, as a peace offering,


And the priest shall bring them before יהוה and prepare his sin offering and his ascending offering.


“And you shall have the Lĕwites stand before Aharon and his sons, and then wave them, a wave offering to יהוה.


and shall take a young bull with its grain offering of fine flour mixed with oil, while you take another young bull as a sin offering.


And, according to the Torah, almost all is cleansed with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.
