“And see, I am with you and shall guard you wherever you go, and shall bring you back to this land. For I am not going to leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.”


Those of Yaroḇ‛am who die in the city the dogs do eat, and those who die in the field the birds of the heavens do eat, for יהוה has spoken it!” ’


This was the word of יהוה which He spoke to Yĕhu, saying, “Your sons to the fourth generation are going to sit on the throne of Yisra’ĕl.” And it came to be so.


And an officer on whose hand the sovereign leaned answered the man of Elohim and said, “Look, if יהוה is making windows in the heavens, shall this word come true?” And he said, “Look, you are about to see it with your eyes, but not eat of it.”


“And this was a small matter in Your eyes, O Elohim, but You have spoken of Your servant’s house for a great while to come, and have looked upon me as though I were an exalted man, O יהוה Elohim.


יהוה has sworn and does not relent, “You are a priest forever According to the order of Malkitseḏeq.”


יהוה has sworn in truth to Dawiḏ; He does not turn from it, “Of the fruit of your body I set upon your throne.


Has Ěl forgotten to show favour? Has He shut up His compassions in displeasure? Selah.


“I shall not profane My covenant, Neither would I change what has gone out from My lips.


Once I have sworn by My set-apartness, I do not lie to Dawiḏ:"


and the rest of the number of archers, the mighty men of the people of Qĕḏar, shall be few. For יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ĕl has spoken.”


And He also is wise, and has brought evil, and has not turned aside His words. And He shall rise up against the house of evil-doers, and against the help of workers of wickedness.


“Grass shall wither, the flower shall fade, but the Word of our Elohim stands forever.”


calling a bird of prey from the east, the man who executes My counsel, from a distant land. Indeed I have spoken it, I also bring it to pass. I have planned it, I also do it.


so is My Word that goes forth from My mouth – it does not return to Me empty, but shall do what I please, and shall certainly accomplish what I sent it for.


“On account of this, let the earth mourn and the heavens above be dark, because I have spoken, because I have purposed and shall not relent, nor do I turn back from it.”


All this came upon Sovereign Neḇuḵaḏnetstsar.


“I shall not let the heat of My wrath burn, I shall not turn to destroy Ephrayim. For I am Ěl, and not man, the Set-apart One in your midst, and I shall not come in enmity.


You give truth to Ya‛aqoḇ, loving-commitment to Aḇraham, which You swore to our fathers from the days of old!


“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, and it speaks of the end, and does not lie. If it lingers, wait for it, for it shall certainly come, it shall not delay.


“For I am יהוה, I shall not change, and you, O sons of Ya‛aqoḇ, shall not come to an end.


I am יהוה, I have spoken, I shall do this to all this evil congregation who are meeting against Me: In this wilderness they are consumed, and there they die.’ ”


And he took up his proverb and said, “Rise up, Balaq, and hear! Listen to me, son of Tsippor!


“The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but My words shall by no means pass away.


For the gifts and the calling of Elohim are not to be repented of.


However, it is not as though the word of Elohim has failed. For they are not all Yisra’ĕl who are of Yisra’ĕl,


If we are not trustworthy, He remains trustworthy, it is impossible for Him to deny Himself.


in expectation of everlasting life which Elohim, who does not lie, promised before times of old,


so that by two unchangeable matters in which it is impossible for Elohim to lie, we might have strong encouragement, we who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the expectation set before us,


For they indeed became priests without an oath, but He became Priest with an oath by Him who said to Him, “יהוה has sworn and shall not regret, ‘You are a priest forever according to the order of Malkitseḏeq.’ ”


Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no change, nor shadow of turning.


Or do you think that the Scripture speaks to no purpose? Does the Spirit which dwells in us intensely crave unto envy?


Not a word failed of any good word which יהוה had spoken to the house of Yisra’ĕl – all came in.


“Moreover, the Eminence of Yisra’ĕl does not lie nor relent. For He is not a man, that He should relent.”


“In that day I shall confirm against Ěli all that I have spoken concerning his house, from beginning to end.
