And Mosheh spoke thus to the children of Yisra’ĕl, but they did not listen to Mosheh, because of shortness of spirit, and from hard slavery.


“Since the Amalĕqites and the Kena‛anites are dwelling in the valley, turn back tomorrow and set out into the wilderness by the Way of the Sea of Reeds.”


And Mosheh did as יהוה commanded, and they went up to Mount Hor before the eyes of all the congregation.


“Now why do you discourage the heart of the children of Yisra’ĕl from passing over into the land which יהוה has given them?


“For when they went up to the wadi Eshkol and saw the land, they discouraged the heart of the children of Yisra’ĕl, so that they did not go into the land which יהוה had given them.


So they departed from Mount Hor and camped at Tsalmonah.


strengthening the beings of the taught ones, encouraging them to continue in the belief, and that through many pressures we have to enter the reign of Elohim.


But you, turn and take your journey into the wilderness by the Way of the Sea of Reeds.’


“Then we turned and set out into the wilderness, the way of the Sea of Reeds, as יהוה spoke to me, and we went round Mount Sĕ‛ir, many days.


Then they went through the wilderness and around the land of Eḏom and the land of Mo’aḇ, and came to the east side of the land of Mo’aḇ, and encamped beyond Arnon. But they did not enter the border of Mo’aḇ, for Arnon was the border of Mo’aḇ.
