And it came to be, when יהושע ended instructing His twelve taught ones, that He set out from there to teach and to proclaim in their cities.


And יהושע having been born in Bĕyth Leḥem of Yehuḏah in the days of Herodes the sovereign, see, Magi from the east came to Yerushalayim,


And when Pilate saw that he was getting nowhere, but rather an uproar was starting, he took water and washed his hands before the crowd, saying, “I am innocent of the blood of this Righteous One. You shall see to it.”


And יהושע went about all Galil, teaching in their congregations, and proclaiming the Good News of the reign, and healing every disease and every bodily weakness among the people.


And after Yoḥanan was delivered up, יהושע came to Galil, proclaiming the Good News of the reign of Elohim,


And as He was saying this to them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to oppose Him fiercely, and to draw Him out on many subjects,


But with loud voices they insisted, asking for Him to be impaled. And the voices of these men and of the chief priests were prevailing.


And when Pilate heard of Galil, he asked if the Man were a Galilean.


On the following day יהושע wished to go to Galil, and He found Philip and said to him, “Follow Me.”


But they shouted, “Away, away, impale Him!” Pilate said to them, “Shall I impale your Sovereign?” The chief priests answered, “We have no sovereign except Caesar!”


This, the beginning of the signs, יהושע did in Qanah of Galil, and manifested His esteem. And His taught ones believed in Him.


Others said, “This is the Messiah,” but others said, “Does the Messiah then come out of Galil?


They answered and said to him, “Are you also from Galil? Search and see that no prophet has arisen out of Galil.”


You know what word came to be throughout all Yehuḏah, beginning from Galil after the immersion which Yoḥanan proclaimed: ”


And a great dissension having come, the commander, fearing lest Sha’ul would be pulled to pieces by them, commanded the body of soldiers to go down and seize him from their midst, and bring him into the barracks.


And those hearing were cut to the heart, and took counsel to kill them.


And hearing this they were cut to the hearts and gnashed the teeth at him.


And crying out with a loud voice, they stopped their ears, and rushed upon him with one mind,
