Make Your face shine upon Your servant, And teach me Your laws.


Give ear, O Shepherd of Yisra’ĕl, Who leads Yosĕph like a flock; Who dwells between the keruḇim, shine forth!


Elohim does favour us and bless us, Cause His face to shine upon us. Selah.


Many are saying, “Who would show us good?” יהוה, lift up the light of Your face upon us.


please let Your ear be attentive and Your eyes open, to hear the prayer of Your servant which I am praying before You now, day and night, for the children of Yisra’ĕl Your servants, and confess the sins of the children of Yisra’ĕl which we have sinned against You. Both my father’s house and I have sinned.


“For My own sake, for My own sake, I do it. For how is it profaned? And My esteem I do not give to another.


“Yet, shall You turn to the prayer of Your servant and his supplication, O יהוה my Elohim, and listen to the cry and the prayer which Your servant is praying before You today?


For Your way to be known on earth, Your deliverance among all nations.


Lift up Your steps to the endless ruins; The enemy has done all evil in the set-apart place.


O יהוה Elohim of hosts, How long shall You be wroth Against the prayer of Your people?


You have heard my voice, Do not hide Your ear from my groaning, From my outcry!
