and He drove the man out. And He placed keruḇim at the east of the garden of Ěḏen, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.


And Dawiḏ rose up and went with all the people who were with him from Ba‛alĕ Yehuḏah, to bring up from there the ark of Elohim, that is called by the Name, the Name יהוה of Hosts, who dwells between the keruḇim.


Who is laying the beams of His upper rooms in the waters, Who is making thick clouds His chariot, Who is walking on the wings of the wind,


I take the wings of the morning, I dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,


And He rode upon a keruḇ, and flew; He flew upon the wings of the wind.


The chariots of Elohim are twenty thousand, Thousands of thousands; יהוה came from Sinai Into the Set-apart Place.


Give ear, O Shepherd of Yisra’ĕl, Who leads Yosĕph like a flock; Who dwells between the keruḇim, shine forth!


יהוה shall reign; Peoples tremble! He is enthroned on the keruḇim; The earth shakes!


“And make one keruḇ at one end, and the other keruḇ at the other end. Make the keruḇim from the lid of atonement, at its two ends.


And the esteem of the Elohim of Yisra’ĕl went up from the keruḇ, where it had been, to the threshold of the House. And He called to the man clothed with linen, who had the writer’s ink-horn at his side,


Are they not all serving spirits sent out to attend those who are about to inherit deliverance?


And the people sent to Shiloh, and they brought from there the ark of the covenant of יהוה of hosts, dwelling between the keruḇim. And the two sons of Ěli, Ḥophni and Pineḥas, were there with the ark of the covenant of Elohim.
