¹ AND MOSES said to the heads or leaders of the tribes of Israel, This is the thing which the Lord has commanded:

And Mosheh chose able men out of all Yisra’ĕ

Mosheh then told Aharon all the words of יהוה who had sent him, and all the signs which He had commanded him.

And Mosheh spoke to the children of Yisra’ĕ

And the leaders of Yisra’ĕ

“When you make a vow to יהוה your Elohim, do not delay to pay it, for יהוה your Elohim is certainly requiring it of you, and it shall be sin in you.
