‘And I sent to you all My servants the prophets, rising early and sending them, saying, “Please do not do this abominable matter that I hate!”


In that hour יהושע  said to the crowds, “Have you come out, as against a robber, with swords and clubs to arrest Me? Daily I sat with you, teaching in the Set-apart Place, and you did not seize Me.


And He was teaching in the Set-apart Place by day, but at night He went out and stayed on the mountain of Olives,


and early in the morning all the people came to Him in the Set-apart Place to hear Him.


And having rolled up the scroll, He gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all in the congregation were fixed upon Him.


And entering into one of the boats, which belonged to Shimʽ


יהושע  said to them, “My food is to do the desire of Him who sent Me, and to accomplish His work.


These words יהושע  spoke in the treasury, teaching in the Set-apart Place. And no one laid hands on Him, because His hour had not yet come.


And the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And having set her in the midst,


Now when they heard, they went into the Set-apart Place early in the morning, and were teaching. But the high priest and those with him came and called the council together, with all the elders of the children of Yisra’ĕ
