“And yet, she is truly my sister. She is the daughter of my father, but not the daughter of my mother, and she became my wife.


And He said, “Do not lay your hand on the boy, nor touch him. For now I know that you fear Elohim, seeing you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me.”


And when the men of the place asked about his wife, he said, “She is my sister.” For he was afraid to say, “She is my wife,” thinking, “lest the men of the place should kill me for Riḇ


But the former governors who were before me laid burdens on the people, and took from them bread and wine, besides forty sheqels of silver. Their servants also oppressed the people, but I did not do so, because of the fear of Elohim.


There was a man in the land of Uts, whose name was Iyoḇ


And He said to man, ‘See, the fear of יהוה, that is wisdom, and to turn from evil is understanding.’ ”


Have all the workers of wickedness no knowledge, Who eat up my people as they eat bread, And do not call on יהוה ?


The fear of יהוה  is the beginning of knowledge; Fools despise wisdom and discipline.


By kindness and truth crookedness is pardoned. And in the fear of יהוה  one turns away from evil.


Then you would understand the fear of יהוה, And find the knowledge of Elohim.


“The fear of יהוה  is to hate evil. I have hated pride and arrogance, And the evil way, And the perverse mouth.


“There is no fear of Elohim before their eyes.”
