“Now יהוה  has established His word which He spoke, and I have been raised up instead of my father Dawiḏ


“For is it true: Elohim dwells on the earth? See, the heavens and the heavens of the heavens are unable to contain You, how much less this House which I have built!


“For Your eyes to be open toward this House night and day, toward the place of which You said, ‘My Name is there,’ to listen to the prayer which Your servant makes toward this place.


“But when you say to me, ‘We trust in יהוה  our Elohim,’ is it not He whose high places and whose altars Ḥ


And יהוה  appeared to Shelomoh by night, and said to him, “I have heard your prayer, and have chosen this place for Myself as a house of slaughtering.


And Elah, who has caused His Name to dwell there does overthrow any sovereign or people who put their hand to change, to destroy this House of Elah which is in Yerushalayim! I Dareyawesh make the decree – let it be done promptly.


therefore, with this silver promptly buy bulls, rams, lambs, with their grain offerings and their drink offerings, and offer them on the altar of the House of your Elah in Yerushalayim.


but if you shall turn back to Me, and guard My commands and do them, though you were cast out to the end of the heavens, I shall gather them from there, and bring them to the place which I have chosen, to make My Name dwell there.’


But chose the tribe of Yehuḏ


“Yah is my strength and song, and He has become my deliverance. He is my Ě


‘Make an altar of earth for Me, and you shall slaughter on it your burnt offerings and your peace offerings, your sheep and your cattle. In every place where I cause My Name to be remembered I shall come to you and bless you.


“And I shall meet with you there, and from above the lid of atonement, from between the two keruḇ


“Thus said יהוה, ‘Stand in the courtyard of the House of יהוה, and speak to all the cities of Yehuḏ


“But go now to My place at Shiloh, where I set My Name at the first, and see what I did to it because of the evil of My people Yisra’ĕ


“I shall also do to this house, which is called by My Name, in which you trust, and to this place which I gave to you and your fathers, as I did to Shiloh.


and does not bring it to the door of the Tent of Meeting, to bring an offering to יהוה  before the Dwelling Place of יהוה, blood-guilt is reckoned to that man. He has shed blood, and that man shall be cut off from among his people,


And when Mosheh went into the Tent of Meeting to speak with Him, he heard the voice of One speaking to him from above the lid of atonement that was on the ark of the Witness, from between the two keruḇ


“And it shall be, that unto the place which יהוה  your Elohim chooses to make His Name dwell there, there you are to bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings, and your offerings, and your tithes, and the contributions of your hand, and all your choice offerings which you vow to יהוה.


“Guard yourself that you do not offer your burnt offerings in every place that you see,


“But eat them before יהוה  your Elohim, in the place which יהוה  your Elohim chooses, you and your son and your daughter, and your male servant and your female servant, and the Lĕ


“Do not do so to יהוה  your Elohim,


“And you shall eat before יהוה  your Elohim, in the place where He chooses to make His Name dwell, the tithe of your grain and your new wine and your oil, and of the firstlings of your herds and your sheep, so that you learn to fear יהוה  your Elohim always.


“But when the way is too long for you, so that you are not able to bring the tithe, or when the place where יהוה  your Elohim chooses to put His Name is too far from you, when יהוה  your Elohim is blessing you,


“You and your household are to eat it before יהוה  your Elohim year by year in the place which יהוה  chooses.


“And you shall rejoice before יהוה  your Elohim, you and your son and your daughter, and your male servant and your female servant, and the Lĕ


“For seven days you shall observe a festival to יהוה  your Elohim in the place which יהוה  chooses, because יהוה  your Elohim does bless you in all your increase and in all the work of your hands, and you shall be only rejoicing!


“And you shall slaughter the Passover to יהוה  your Elohim, from the flock and the herd, in the place where יהוה  chooses to put His Name.


but at the place where יהוה  your Elohim chooses to make His Name dwell, there you slaughter the Passover in the evening, at the going down of the sun, at the appointed time you came out of Mitsrayim.


“And you shall roast and eat it in the place which יהוה  your Elohim chooses, and in the morning you shall turn and go to your tents.


“When any matter arises which is too hard for you to judge, between blood and blood, between plea and plea, or between stroke and stroke – matters of strife within your gates – then you shall rise and go up to the place which יהוה  your Elohim chooses,


that you shall take some of the first of all the fruits of the soil which you bring from your land that יהוה  your Elohim is giving you, and shall put it in a basket and go to the place where יהוה  your Elohim chooses to make His Name dwell there.


Because in Him dwells all the completeness of the Mightiness bodily,


But you have drawn near to Mount Tsiyon and to the city of the living Elohim, to the heavenly Yerushalayim, to myriads of messengers,


And all the congregation of the children of Yisra’ĕ


And the children of Yisra’ĕ


And that day Yehoshua made them woodcutters and drawers of water for the congregation and for the altar of יהוה, even to this day, at the place that He should choose.


And I looked and saw a Lamb standing on Mount Tsiyon, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father’s Name written upon their foreheads.
