when he showed the riches of his esteemed reign and the splendour of his excellent greatness for many days, a hundred and eighty days.


Bless יהוה, O my being! O יהוה  my Elohim, You have been very great: You have put on excellency and splendour,


Man, who is rich, Yet does not understand, Shall be like the beasts, They shall perish.


They mock and speak in the evil of oppression; They speak loftily.


Pride comes, then comes shame; But with the humble is wisdom.


Before destruction comes pride, And before a fall a haughty spirit!


The pride of man brings him low, But the humble in spirit obtains esteem.


“Speak, and you shall say, ‘Thus said the Master יהוה, “See, I am against you, O Pharaoh sovereign of Mitsrayim, O great monster who lies in the midst of his rivers, who has said, ‘My River is my own, and I, I have made it for myself.’


The word was still in the sovereign’s mouth, when a voice fell from the heavens, “Sovereign Neḇ


“Then shall he pass on as a wind, and transgress and be guilty, and ascribe this power to his mighty one.”


“For everyone who is exalting himself shall be humbled, and he who is humbling himself shall be exalted.”


and he who invited you and him come and say to you, ‘Give this one place,’ and then you begin with shame to take the last place.


Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the esteem of Elohim.


In the same way, you younger ones, be subject to elders. And gird yourselves with humility toward one another, for “Elohim resists the proud, but gives favour to the humble.”


And another messenger followed, saying, “Baḇ


And the great city became divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And great Baḇ


and upon her forehead a name written, a secret: BAḆ


standing at a distance for fear of her torture, saying, ‘Woe! Woe, the great city Baḇ


And one mighty messenger picked up a stone like a great millstone and threw it into the sea, saying, “With such a rush the great city Baḇ
