And יהוה  heard the voice of Ě


and said to his servant, “Go up, please, look closely toward the sea.” So he went up and looked closely, and said, “Not a speck.” And seven times he said, “Go again.”


And it came to be, they were burying a man, and there they saw a raiding band, and cast the man in the tomb of Elisha. And the man fell and touched the bones of Elisha, and came to life and stood on his feet.


And Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying, “Go, and you shall wash seven times in the Yardĕ


Then he went down and dipped seven times in the Yardĕ


And Elisha spoke to the woman whose son he had restored to life, saying, “Rise up and go, you and your household, and sojourn wherever you do sojourn, for יהוה  has called for a scarcity of food, and also, it is coming upon the land for seven years.”


And it came to be, as he was relating to the sovereign how he had restored the dead to life, that see, the woman whose son he had restored to life, was crying out to the sovereign for her house and for her land. And Gĕ


And her spirit returned, and she rose up immediately. And He directed that she be given food to eat.
