And Elohim remembered Noaḥ


And it came to be, when Shelomoh was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other mighty ones. And his heart was not perfect with יהוה  his Elohim, as was the heart of his father Dawiḏ


But the high places were not removed. However, Asa’s heart was perfect with יהוה  all his days.


so that יהוה  does establish His word which He spoke concerning me, saying, ‘If your sons guard their way, to walk before Me in truth with all their heart and with all their being,’ saying, ‘there is not to cease a man of yours on the throne of Yisra’ĕ


And Shelomoh said, “You have shown great kindness to your servant Dawiḏ


and said, “יהוה  Elohim of Yisra’ĕ


“Let your heart therefore be perfect to יהוה  our Elohim, to walk in His laws and guard His commands, as at this day.”


“And you, if you walk before Me as your father Dawiḏ


And he turned his face toward the wall, and prayed to יהוה, saying,


And it came to be, before Yeshayahu had gone out into the middle court, that the word of יהוה  came to him, saying,


“For the eyes of יהוה  diligently search throughout all the earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is perfect to Him. You have acted foolishly in this, so from now on you shall have battles.”


Remember me, O my Elohim, concerning this, and do not wipe out my kind deeds that I have done for the House of my Elohim, and for its charges!


and for the wood offering and the first-fruits at appointed times. Remember me, O my Elohim, for good!


O my Elohim, remember me for the good – all that I have done for this people.


There was a man in the land of Uts, whose name was Iyoḇ


And יהוה  said to Satan, “Have you considered My servant Iyoḇ


My friends are they that scorn me; my eyes pour out tears to Eloah.


Is not your reverence your trust, the integrity of ways your expectancy?


For I have eaten ashes like bread, And mixed my drink with tears,


I have recounted my ways and You answered me; Teach me Your laws.


Remember the word to Your servant, On which You have caused me to wait.


יהוה  is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth.


Do not remember the sins of my youth, and my transgressions; According to Your kindness remember me, For Your goodness’ sake, O יהוה.


Rule me rightly, O יהוה, For I have walked in my integrity. And I have trusted in יהוה, without wavering.


For Your kindness is before my eyes, And I have walked in Your truth.


Blessed is the man to whom יהוה  imputes no crookedness, And in whose spirit there is no deceit.


“Look away from me, That I might brighten up, Before I go away and am no more.”


I have grown weary with my groaning; Every night I flood my bed; I drench my couch with my tears.


My eye has grown dim because of grief; It grows old because of all my adversaries.


Please remember how short my time is; Why should you have created all the sons of men for naught?


יהוה, remember the reproach of Your servants, That I have borne in my bosom – Of all the many peoples,


“Like a swallow or a thrush, so I chattered; I moaned like a dove; my eyes look weakly on high. O יהוה, I am oppressed, undertake for me!


Then He remembered the days of old, Mosheh, His people, “Where is He who brought them up out of the sea with the shepherd of His flock? Where is He who put His Set-apart Spirit within him,


and shall swear, ‘As יהוה  lives,’ in truth, in right-ruling, and in righteousness – then nations shall bless themselves in Him, and they shall boast in Him!”


For thus said יהוה  to the house of Yisra’ĕ


And they were both righteous before Elohim, blamelessly walking in all the commands and righteousnesses of יהוה.


For our boasting is this: the witness of our conscience that we behaved ourselves in the world in simplicity and sincerity of Elohim, not in fleshly wisdom but in the favour of Elohim, and much more toward you.


who, in the days of His flesh, when He had offered up prayers and petitions with strong crying and tears to Him who was able to save Him from death, and was heard because of His reverent fear,
