If they sin against thee, (for there is no man that sinneth not,) and thou be angry with them, and deliver them to the enemy, so that they carry them away captive unto the land of the enemy, far off or near;


For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: But the way of the wicked shall perish.


I will set no base thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave unto me.


Through thy precepts I get understanding: Therefore I hate every false way. נ NUN


I hate them that are of a double mind; But thy law do I love.


Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; And I hate every false way. פ PE


I hate and abhor falsehood; But thy law do I love.


I will run the way of thy commandments, When thou shalt enlarge my heart. ה HE


Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: Quicken me in thy righteousness. ו VAU


Who can discern his errors? Clear thou me from hidden faults.


He deviseth iniquity upon his bed; He setteth himself in a way that is not good; He abhorreth not evil.


Iniquities prevail against me: As for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.


O ye that love the LORD, hate evil: He preserveth the souls of his saints; He delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.


A righteous man hateth lying: But a wicked man is loathsome, and cometh to shame.


The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: Pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, And the froward mouth, do I hate.


Surely there is not a righteous man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.


Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgement in the gate: it may be that the LORD, the God of hosts, will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph.


The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that put their trust in him.


So ye are witnesses and consent unto the works of your fathers: for they killed them, and ye build their tombs.


No longer do I call you servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I heard from my Father I have made known unto you.


Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.


The faith which thou hast, have thou to thyself before God. Happy is he that judgeth not himself in that which he approveth.


But if what I would not, that I do, I consent unto the law that it is good.


For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are contrary the one to the other; that ye may not do the things that ye would.


Howbeit the firm foundation of God standeth, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his: and, Let every one that nameth the name of the Lord depart from unrighteousness.


Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; Therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee With the oil of gladness above thy fellows.


For in many things we all stumble. If any stumbleth not in word, the same is a perfect man, able to bridle the whole body also.


and some save, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy with fear; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
