Yet many years didst thou bear with them, and testifiedst against them by thy spirit through thy prophets: yet would they not give ear: therefore gavest thou them into the hand of the peoples of the lands.


For the LORD will not cast off his people, Neither will he forsake his inheritance.


And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down from the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we know not what is become of him.


Thus saith the LORD: If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, then will I also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD.


And Moses was very wroth, and said unto the LORD, Respect not thou their offering: I have not taken one ass from them, neither have I hurt one of them.


But as touching the dead, that they are raised; have ye not read in the book of Moses, in the place concerning the Bush, how God spake unto him, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob?


And Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan, and was led by the Spirit in the wilderness


The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?


And as the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of God: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.


Saith the Lord, who maketh these things known from the beginning of the world.


And now, brethren, I wot that in ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers.


saying unto Aaron, Make us gods which shall go before us: for as for this Moses, which led us forth out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.


Know ye not, that to whom ye present yourselves as servants unto obedience, his servants ye are whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?


and that he might make known the riches of his glory upon vessels of mercy, which he afore prepared unto glory,


But it is not as though the word of God hath come to nought. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:


Or know ye not that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world is judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?


but if any man loveth God, the same is known of him.


But if to live in the flesh,-- if this is the fruit of my work, then what I shall choose I wot not.


God, having of old time spoken unto the fathers in the prophets by divers portions and in divers manners,


according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace be multiplied.
