Let me not he ashamed, O LORD; for I have called upon thee: Let the wicked be ashamed, let them be silent in Sheol.


Thou hast put gladness in my heart, More than they have when their corn and their wine are increased.


Even thou, O LORD God of hosts, the God of Israel, Arise to visit all the heathen: Be not merciful to any wicked transgressors. Selah


Thou hast shewed thy people hard things: Thou hast made us to drink the wine of staggering.


O God, why hast thou cast us off for ever? Why doth thine anger smoke against the sheep of thy pasture?


How long, O LORD, wilt thou be angry for ever? Shall thy jealousy burn like fire?

Thou hast covered thyself with a cloud, that our prayer should not pass through.


Now therefore, O our God, hearken unto the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord's sake.


the LORD will not pardon him, but then the anger of the LORD and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curse that is written in this book shall lie upon him, and the LORD shall blot out his name from under heaven.
