They were armed with bows, and could use both the right hand and the left in slinging stones and in shooting arrows from the bow; they were of Saul's brethren of Benjamin.


But turned back, and dealt treacherously like their fathers: They were turned aside like a deceitful bow.


And he said unto him, Lord, with thee I am ready to go both to prison and to death.

And the Philistines fought, and Israel was smitten, and they fled every man to his tent: and there was a very great slaughter; for there fell of Israel thirty thousand footmen.
