I know also, my God, that thou triest the heart, and hast pleasure in uprightness, As for me, in the uprightness of mine heart I have willingly offered all these things: and now have I seen with joy thy people, which are present here, to offer willingly unto thee.


But I have trusted in thy mercy; My heart shall rejoice in thy salvation:


Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing; Thou hast loosed my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness:


All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like unto thee, Which deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, Yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him?


There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine indignation; Neither is there any health in my bones because of my sin.


and the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their heads: they shall obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.


O LORD, do not thine eyes look upon truth? thou hast stricken them, but they were not grieved; thou hast consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return.


Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
