The God of my rock, in him will I trust; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge; my saviour, thou savest me from violence.


Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low: Deliver me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I.


Then the earth shook and trembled, The foundations also of the mountains moved And were shaken, because he was wroth.


Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me: Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.


Though an host should encamp against me, My heart shall not fear: Though war should rise against me, Even then will I be confident.


The LORD is my strength and my shield; My heart hath trusted in him, and I am helped: Therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; And with my song will praise him.


But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: He is their strong hold in the time of trouble.


Unto thee, O my strength, will I sing praises: For God is my high tower, the God of my mercy.


Trust in him at all times, ye people; Pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah


Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: In the balances they will go up; They are together lighter than vanity.


They know not, neither do they understand; They walk to and fro in darkness: All the foundations of the earth are moved.


I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in whom I trust.


O thou hope of Israel, the saviour thereof in the time of trouble, why shouldest thou be as a sojourner in the land, and as a wayfaring man that turneth aside to tarry for a night?


The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that put their trust in him.


And Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do what is done to the fig tree, but even if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou taken up and cast into the sea, it shall be done.


Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.


So that with good courage we say, The Lord is my helper; I will not fear: What shall man do unto me?
