O God, thou knowest my foolishness; And my sins are not hid from thee.


For my loins are filled with burning; And there is no soundness in my flesh.


When I kept silence, my bones waxed old Through my roaring all the day long.


and I said, O my God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee, my God: for our iniquities are increased over our head, and our guiltiness is grown up unto the heavens.


Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: Make haste to help me, O LORD.


Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, That he may dwell in thy courts: We shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, The holy place of thy temple.
