It is vain for you that ye rise up early, and so late take rest, And eat the bread of toil: For so he giveth unto his beloved sleep.


They looked unto him, and were lightened: And their faces shall never be confounded.


In peace will I both lay me down and sleep: For thou, LORD, alone makest me dwell in safety.


Which holdeth our soul in life, And suffereth not our feet to be moved.


In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence: And his children shall have a place of refuge.


The name of the LORD is a strong tower: The righteous runneth into it, and is safe.
