And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening oblation, that Elijah the prophet came near, and said, O LORD, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word.


Then were assembled unto me every one that trembled at the words of the God of Israel, because of the trespass of them of the captivity; and I sat astonied until the evening oblation.


Lift up your hands to the sanctuary, And bless ye the LORD.


Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto thee, When I lift up my hands toward thy holy oracle.


O LORD, in the morning shalt thou hear my voice; In the morning will I order my prayer unto thee, and will keep watch.


So will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.


The one lamb thou shalt offer in the morning; and the other lamb thou shalt offer at even:


and the altar of incense, and its staves, and the anointing oil, and the sweet incense, and the screen for the door, at the door of the tabernacle;
