Which alone stretcheth out the heavens, And treadeth upon the waves of the sea.


It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:


I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.


I beheld till thrones were placed, and one that was ancient of days did sit: his raiment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like pure wool; his throne was fiery flames, and the wheels thereof burning fire.


And his brightness was as the light; He had rays coming forth from his hand: And there was the hiding of his power.


The burden of the word of the LORD concerning Israel. Thus saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him:


and he was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his garments became white as the light.


who only hath immortality, dwelling in light unapproachable; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power eternal. Amen.


And this is the message which we have heard from him, and announce unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
