And there came forth fire from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: and when all the people saw it, they shouted, and fell on their faces.

Wherefore David blessed the LORD before all the congregation: and David said, Blessed be thou, O LORD, the God of Israel our father, for ever and ever.


Now it is in mine heart to make a covenant with the LORD, the God of Israel, that his fierce anger may turn away from us.


For the LORD is a great God, And a great King above all gods.
