The children of Azmaveth, forty and two.


The children of Benjamin also dwelt from Geba onward, at Michmash and Aija, and at Beth-el and the towns thereof;


And the sons of the singers gathered themselves together, both out of the plain round about Jerusalem, and from the villages of the Netophathites;


And the priests and the Levites purified themselves; and they purified the people, and the gates, and the wall.


And I perceived that the portions of the Levites had not been given them; so that the Levites and the singers, that did the work, were fled every one to his field.


The men of Beth-azmaveth, forty and two.


The men of Ramah and Geba, six hundred twenty and one.


Are they not beyond Jordan, behind the way of the going down of the sun, in the land of the Canaanites which dwell in the Arabah, over against Gilgal, beside the oaks of Moreh?


And Joshua returned, and all Israel with him, unto the camp to Gilgal.


And out of the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon with her suburbs, Geba with her suburbs;


And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Wherefore the name of that place was called Gilgal, unto this day.
