It pleased the LORD, for his righteousness' sake, to magnify the law, and make it honourable.


These words the LORD spake unto all your assembly in the mount out of the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great voice: and he added no more. And he wrote them upon two tables of stone, and gave them unto me.


And when the voice of the trumpet waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice.


And when he had said these things, as they were looking, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.

Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,


And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid.


And I saw, and behold, a white cloud; and on the cloud I saw one sitting like unto a son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
