I am as one that is a laughing-stock to his neighbour, A man that called upon God, and he answered him: The just, the perfect man is a laughing-stock.


He hath made me also a byword of the people; And I am become an open abhorring.


They are children of fools, yea, children of base men; They were scourged out of the land.
