So that they go about naked without clothing, And being an-hungred they carry the sheaves;


They are wet with the showers of the mountains, And embrace the rock for want of a shelter.


Because I delivered the poor that cried, The fatherless also, that had none to help him.


Yea, ye would cast lots upon the fatherless, And make merchandise of your friend.


The LORD will enter into judgement with the elders of his people, and the princes thereof: It is ye that have eaten up the vineyard; the spoil of the poor is in your houses:


If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and he deal with him as a slave, or sell him; then that thief shall die: so shalt thou put away the evil from the midst of thee.
