And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.


For the LORD hath called thee as a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit, even a wife of youth, when she is cast off, saith thy God.


The Lord GODwhich gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside his own that are gathered.


I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners.

Considerest thou not what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which the LORD did choose, he hath cast them off? thus do they despise my people, that they should be no more a nation before them.


Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them; and I will reveal unto them abundance of peace and truth.


Is there no balm in Gilead? is there no physician there? why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered?


All that pass by clap their hands at thee; they hiss and wag their head at the daughter of Jerusalem, saying: Is this the city that men called The perfection of beauty, The joy of the whole earth?


I will seek that which was lost, and will bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: and the fat and the strong I will destroy; I will feed them in judgement.


And thou shalt know that I the LORD have heard all thy blasphemies which thou hast spoken against the mountains of Israel, saying, They are laid desolate, they are given us to devour.


And when they came unto the nations, whither they went, they profaned my holy name; in that men said of them, These are the people of the LORD, and are gone forth out of his land.


Yet I taught Ephraim to go; I took them on my arms; but they knew not that I healed them.


Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.


But unto you that fear my name shall the sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and gambol as calves of the stall.


who his own self bare our sins in his body upon the tree, that we, having died unto sins, might live unto righteousness; by whose stripes ye were healed.
