Wherefore dost thou forget us for ever, and forsake us so long time?


I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven, and the fishes of the sea, and the stumblingblocks with the wicked; and I will cut off man from off the face of the ground, saith the LORD.


For if the casting away of them is the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?


And the LORD shall scatter thee among all peoples, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou nor thy fathers, even wood and stone.
