Him that dieth of Ahab in the city the dogs shall eat; and him that dieth in the field shall the fowls of the air eat.


Then said Jehu to Bidkar his captain, Take up, and cast him in the portion of the field of Naboth the Jezreelite: for remember how that, when I and thou rode together after Ahab his father, the LORD laid this burden upon him;


Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is taken shall fall by the sword.


All the kings of the nations, all of them, sleep in glory, every one in his own house.


Their slain also shall be cast out, and the stink of their carcases shall come up, and the mountains shall be melted with their blood.


Therefore is the anger of the LORD kindled against his people, and he hath stretched forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them, and the hills did tremble, and their carcases were as refuse in the midst of the streets.
