In his neck abideth strength, And terror danceth before him.


For thou wilt not leave my soul to Sheol; Neither wilt thou suffer thine holy one to see corruption.


O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from Sheol: Thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.


But God will redeem my soul from the power of Sheol: For he shall receive me. Selah


Be not thou afraid when one is made rich, When the glory of his house is increased:


Thou, which hast shewed us many and sore troubles, Shalt quicken us again, And shalt bring us up again from the depths of the earth.


For great is thy mercy toward me; And thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest pit.


He hath swallowed up death for ever; and the Lord GODwill wipe away tears from off all faces; and the reproach of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it.


Thy dead shall live; my dead bodies shall arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in the dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast forth the dead.


Thou hast rejected me, saith the LORD, thou art gone backward: therefore have I stretched out my hand against thee, and destroyed thee; I am weary with repenting.


And let that man be as the cities which the LORD overthrew, and repented not: and let him hear a cry in the morning, and shouting at noontide;


Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which stirreth up the sea, that the waves thereof roar; the LORD of hosts is his name:


Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.


After two days will he revive us: on the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live before him.


And the pride of Israel doth testify to his face: yet they have not returned unto the LORD their God, nor sought him, for all this.


For I the LORD change not; therefore ye, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed.


God is not a man, that he should lie; Neither the son of man, that he should repent: Hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?


For if the casting away of them is the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?


For the gifts and the calling of God are without repentance.


For indeed we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened; not for that we would be unclothed, but that we would be clothed upon, that what is mortal may be swallowed up of life.


who shall fashion anew the body of our humiliation, that it may be conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working whereby he is able even to subject all things unto himself.


For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also that are fallen asleep in Jesus will God bring with him.


Every good gift and every perfect boon is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, neither shadow that is cast by turning.


And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.


and he shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more; neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more: the first things are passed away.


And I saw, and behold, a pale horse: and he that sat upon him, his name was Death; and Hades followed with him. And there was given unto them authority over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with famine, and with death, and by the wild beasts of the earth.


And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent: for he is not a man, that he should repent.
