He hath dispersed, he hath given to the needy; His righteousness endureth for ever: His horn shall be exalted with honour.


The LORD is good to all; And his tender mercies are over all his works.


A righteous man regardeth the life of his beast: But the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel.


The discretion of a man maketh him slow to anger; And it is his glory to pass over a transgression.


The desire of a man is the measure of his kindness: And a poor man is better than a liar.


The righteous perisheth and no man layeth it to heart; and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.


And Ebed-melech the Ethiopian said unto Jeremiah, Put now these old cast clouts and rotten rags under thine armholes under the cords. And Jeremiah did so.


And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.


And whensoever ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have aught against any one; that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.


Because of the tender mercy of our God, Whereby the dayspring from on high shall visit us,


And forgive us our sins; for we ourselves also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And bring us not into temptation.


And if he sin against thee seven times in the day, and seven times turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.


But love your enemies, and do them good, and lend, never despairing; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be sons of the Most High: for he is kind toward the unthankful and evil.


And judge not, and ye shall not be judged: and condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: release, and ye shall be released:


And the barbarians shewed us no common kindness: for they kindled a fire, and received us all, because of the present rain, and because of the cold.


In love of the brethren be tenderly affectioned one to another; in honour preferring one another;


Love suffereth long, and is kind; love envieth not; love vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,


But to whom ye forgive anything, I forgive also: for what I also have forgiven, if I have forgiven anything, for your sakes have I forgiven it in the person of Christ;


so that contrariwise ye should rather forgive him and comfort him, lest by any means such a one should be swallowed up with his overmuch sorrow.


in pureness, in knowledge, in longsuffering, in kindness, in the Holy Ghost, in love unfeigned,


Be ye therefore imitators of God, as beloved children;


Behold, we call them blessed which endured: ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord, how that the Lord is full of pity, and merciful.


and in your godliness love of the brethren; and in your love of the brethren love.


If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.


I write unto you, my little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.
