My son, if thou wilt receive my words, And lay up my commandments with thee;

Go, and cry in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD, I remember for thee the kindness of thy youth, the love of thine espousals; how thou wentest after me in the wilderness, in a land that was not sown.

Now this is the commandment, the statutes, and the judgements, which the LORD your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go over to possess it:


And ye became imitators of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost;


who by the power of God are guarded through faith unto a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.


We love, because he first loved us.


He will keep the feet of his holy ones, but the wicked shall be put to silence in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.
