And Esau dwelt in mount Seir: Esau is Edom.


Then were the dukes of Edom amazed; The mighty men of Moab, trembling taketh hold upon them: All the inhabitants of Canaan are melted away.


Terror and dread falleth upon them; By the greatness of thine arm they are as still as a stone; Till thy people pass over, O LORD, Till the people pass over which thou hast purchased.


Even so let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.


And he said unto them, Take heed, and keep yourselves from all covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.


Look therefore carefully how ye walk, not as unwise, but as wise;


Ye have compassed this mountain long enough: turn you northward.


Thou shalt not abhor an Edomite; for he is thy brother: thou shalt not abhor an Egyptian; because thou wast a stranger in his land.


that ye may be blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom ye are seen as lights in the world,


Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
