Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he shall guide you into all the truth: for he shall not speak from himself; but what things soever he shall hear, these shall he speak: and he shall declare unto you the things that are to come.


Wherefore my judgement is, that we trouble not them which from among the Gentiles turn to God;


it seemed good unto us, having come to one accord, to choose out men and send them unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,


And God, which knoweth the heart, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us;


And as they went on their way through the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, which had been ordained of the apostles and elders that were at Jerusalem.


And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.


If any man thinketh himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him take knowledge of the things which I write unto you, that they are the commandment of the Lord.


Now concerning virgins I have no commandment of the Lord: but I give my judgement, as one that hath obtained mercy of the Lord to be faithful.


But she is happier if she abide as she is, after my judgement: and I think that I also have the Spirit of God.


Therefore he that rejecteth, rejecteth not man, but God, who giveth his Holy Spirit unto you.


To whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto you, did they minister these things, which now have been announced unto you through them that preached the gospel unto you by the Holy Ghost sent forth from heaven; which things angels desire to look into.


But to you I say, to the rest that are in Thyatira, as many as have not this teaching, which know not the deep things of Satan, as they say; I cast upon you none other burden.
